During the early years, The Marc Rich Foundation was involved in geographically diverse support for a broad spectrum of projects, programs and activities.

Over the past two decades, the Foundation has evolved into a more focused, professional philanthropy based on concrete issues in areas which have elements of social and cultural innovation, and creativity to upgrade the quality of life of the individual and civil society.

The majority of the Foundation's efforts are concentrated in Israel, Switzerland, Spain and other EU countries.
