Aim

Marc Rich established The Swiss Foundation for the Doron Prize to annually recognize and support Swiss individual initiatives and charitable endeavors. Selection is made by the Doron Prize jury, composed of distinguished Swiss public leaders from the civic and non-profit sectors. The annual award ceremony with key Swiss leaders and media serves to highlight and increase awareness of the important work of prize recipients.

Recognition is given to individuals and institutions that devote time, energy and/or financial resources to the fields of social welfare, education, arts and culture, and science. Activities are based or developed in Switzerland and implemented internationally.
